Liposuction of calves and ankles is regarded as the most challenging of all liposuction. Here the patient is shown in 2 seperate photo groupings. The top group of six shows the patients before and after views of side and rear calves, ankles, and knees. She has obtained a beautiful cosmetic appearance with shapely legs. The second set of photos show the front and back of her legs. Four month outcome.

This case shows a young woman who exercises and eats well but could not lose weight around her mid section. The top 3 photos show her with fat excess of abdomen, hips, and flanks. In the surgery, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and hips was done. She is shown twelve weeks later with shapely hips and buttocks (middle) and a flat tight abdomen. An outstanding result.
The bottom photos highlight the dramatic changes. Liposuction, again, should be about achieving aesthetic form, not just fat removal.

This case dramatically demonstrates how liposuction alone can transform a body when artistic principles are combined with safe techniques.
I use custom made cannulas that have newer, revolutionary design allowing higher flow, thereby less bruising is seen. It allows narrower gauge instrumentations and more precise refinements. I can employ fewer and smaller incision sites to perform this torso sculpting.
Amazingly, liposuction alone was used to achieve this striking result. The buttocks were not large. It was overpowered by large hips. I used artistic aesthetic principles to sculpt proper buttocks. I used only four punctures to perform the entire abdominal liposuction. A superb outcome.
(The foam pad used in our post surgical garments has temporarily left a small skin imprint visible in the post op photos)

I look at every liposuction case as an opportunity to express artistic as well as surgical technical skill... Not just a procedure to eliminate fat, liposuction is a chance to enhance other areas. In this case a wonderfully, shapely and youthful buttock was an additional outcome from hip and rear circumferential thigh liposuction.
This woman presented with a very common complaint. She is a fit person who otherwise had areas of fat out of proportion to the rest of her body which was not easily reduced by proper diet and exercise. Rather than be a continued source of frustration, a liposculpturing procedure was done to improve her body appearance.

Bottom row: After breast reduction and liposuction (only) of her abdomen, note the well healed incisions from short scar breast reduction aided by lateral liposuction of her torso.
Additionally liposuction of her abdomen improves her stomach area dramatically and offers an alternative to patients who do not wish to pursue tummy tuck procedures. Unfortunately, liposuction alone may not be able to fully restore skin quality issues of the upper abdomen as well as a tummy tuck, but the entire liposuction procedure is done through only three tiny incisions!

Here, the top set of 6 photos show various views of hip, saddlebag, anterior thigh and tricep fat excess in an otherwise slim woman. Bottom 4 views show her after liposuction; as an outcome: improved aesthetics of the buttocks, reduced saddlebags, slender arms, and smaller circumferential thighs (note: minor pre-existing dimpling of back of right thigh not able to be improved), occasionally, a realistic limitation of the procedure.
Young women who practice reasonable nutritional and fitness lifestyles with true lipodystrophy often find themselves in a quandary. Progress towards dysfunctional eating habits induce exercise anorexia, or rob their face of the necessary volume for maintenance of youthful appearance. In cases of lipodystrophy (areas of fat out of proportion to the rest of the body), liposuction can aid in promoting proper proportions.
