Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Cases

This patient presented with umbilical hernia rectus diastasis and breast ptosis.  Her mommy makeover included non implant breast lift (auto-augmentation) using local internal flaps along with a tummy tuck, repair of hernia and diastasis.  Now she has a beautiful shapely and youthful body.  An incredible result

A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty/flankplasty) combined with liposuction has dramatically transformed this woman.  My technique of “RETAF” restoration of tone across abdominal fascia as abdominal wall repair creates a shapely tight tummy!

It is so gratifying to be responsible in part for these transformations!

Here a woman who lost a lot of weight presented with skin laxity and deflated saggy breasts.  Liposuction, tummy tuck, and breast lift with implants transform her.  An absolutely beautiful body result!

This case really highlights the important components of my abdominoplasties:

Contouring of the abdominal wall during diastasis and hernia repairs to create a fit and beautiful form with improved posture, maximum skin removal to eliminate the poorest quality skin while keeping the scar very low. I then create a nice belly button while incorporating flankplasty with abdominoplasty to remove unwanted lateral skin and oblique bulge. A beautiful result!

This patient underwent combined tummy tuck, liposuction of hips, breast lift, removal/replacement of implants, and placement of strattice grafts for breast shaping. Note the dramatic improvement in breast shape to a lifted round shape from a deflated saggy shape.  Note the flat tight abdomen after diastasis repair, flankplasty, and abdominoplasty.  Overall, an incredible transformation and great outcome!
