Widely separated small breasts can be quite challenging (from an anatomic perspective) to convert into aesthetically pleasing breasts. Here is a good example of how good planning and surgical expectation can transform a wide AA cup into a pleasing C cup. A great result!

An uneven torso can make breasts look uneven as well.  Here A-cup breasts were augmented to a full C cup using silicone gel implants under the muscle with the internal lifting of left side to improve symmetry.  A really nice result.
