Uneven mild breast sag can sometimes be addressed with augmentation only. Proper planning including implant choice and acceptance of natural-appearing breasts can yield very satisfying results.
Breast Augmentation
Case - 52
Striking the desired balance of upper pole and low pole fullness for each patient is important to me in breast augmentation. A nice C cup result with the use of small round, silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through a hidden inframammary approach.

Breast Augmentation
Case - 53
AA cup breast hypoplasia augmented to a C cup. In this patient, her breasts separated by a wide sternum so there are some limitations to how close the new breast can become. Some of that is making sure the nipple-areola remains properly centered on the breast! An outstanding result!
