Fat Grafting (BBL) Cases

Combination liposuction and fat grafting of buttock yields a beautiful shape.

Even women with moderate fat can be candidates for liposuction. This is an excellent example of liposuction of abdomen and hips and fat grafting of buttock which together really refine her shape!!

This young woman was presented to me with an excess of torso fat and dramatic breast sag.  Implants had been done previously by another doctor.

I performed liposuction of the entire torso, including the back, hips, lateral buttock, flanks, abdomen, and ribs (along with a breast lift and the removal of implants). The result is a remarkable transformation. Note the buttocks shape and lifting.

It’s nearly impossible to quantify the positive impact combination body contouring procedures can have on a person as well as those around her.

Here a young woman after significant weight loss chose to undergo a combination breast lift with implants, body lift combining abdominoplasty, flankplasty and buttock lift, with liposuction (hips and back) and fat grafting to buttocks for shaping. An outstanding transformation and result.

This patient suffered from repeat grade 4 capsular contracture.  Removal of implants, breast lift, and 2 stages of fat grafting enabled her to have a C cup breast.

This case shows how circumferential torso liposuction can dramatically improve shape. Here, fat was removed in the hips, back, flanks, and abdomen while being re-injected as fat grafting to the buttocks. An outstanding example of body sculpting shown eight weeks later.
