Asymmetry of shape, size, and nipple position presented initial challenges here. The correction was achieved by differential implant augmentation and unilateral mastopexy. An amazing result.

These sets of photos show the before images with the early 3 week post op photos and the 3 month post op photos. Note how the breast shape evolves to a fine cosmetic-balanced breast outcome over a 2 month period.

This shows how a breast augmentation looks the very first day and again 12 weeks later. As the surrounding tissues soften, the real artistry of surgery is revealed. A beautiful result!

Silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle using an inframammary fold approach (can you find the 1 3/8” scar?).  A to full C /Small D outcome.  A beautiful result.

This case shows the subtle differences and improvements in aesthetics that occur between 3 weeks post op and 12 weeks post op in breast augmentation.

This patient is shown before augmentation with silicone implants, three months after surgery, and twelve years after surgery! Still a nice result, but one thing to notice: over years saline implants combined with normal aging appear slightly lower and more lateral.

This patient had breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction using latissimus flap and silicone gel implants.  An exceptional result.  (Note correction of saggy breasts!)

This grid shows the subtle changes that occur over several months after breast augmentation,  The first post op photos are taken three weeks after (middle line) and then again at 3 months (bottom line). The maturation process of softening yields the predictable fine cosmetic outcome.

This patient underwent bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer, staged reconstruction with tissue expander, ADM, and bilateral de-epithelialized flaps.

I have developed a unique solution to help women with sagging larger breasts who must have a mastectomy.  Typically, these women have the poorest cosmetic outcomes with traditional mastectomy due to saggy excess skin.   My approach uses vertical and horizontal inframammary incisions to shape the new breast like a breast lift would.

She is shown with expander’s right after mastectomy, and again after nipple reconstruction and shape refinement.  A great result.

Constriction malformation can be a complex problem in breast augmentation.  It requires careful planning with proper execution of surgical technique. Results mature over time as the surrounding tissues soften.

Two sets of post op photos are shown.  First three weeks later, and then four months later.  Note how the vestiges of construction still are present three weeks later but disappear by four months.  A great result!
