Silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle using an inframammary fold approach (can you find the 1 3/8” scar?).  A to full C /Small D outcome.  A beautiful result.

This patient is shown before augmentation with silicone implants, three months after surgery, and twelve years after surgery! Still a nice result, but one thing to notice: over years saline implants combined with normal aging appear slightly lower and more lateral.

This patient had breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction using latissimus flap and silicone gel implants.  An exceptional result.  (Note correction of saggy breasts!)
