Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery) Cases

Individualizing the plan is very important to me. This case was particularly challenging since this patient presented with a crooked nose, a large hump, no support of his tip, and breathing problems. I did a septoplasty, submucous resection, caudal septal extension grafts, hump reduction, and osteotomies. A very nice and functional male nose!

This patient presented with a crooked, over projecting nose which did not match her face. I individualize every rhinoplasty, rather than take an all too common cookie cutter approach. Very nice results which goes nicely on her face.

This is exceptional. The transformation of facial beauty by restructuring the nose (Rhinoplasty) to blend into the face is exemplified here. Additionally, straightening by SMR, septoplasty and osteotomies helps her breathing. Best of all – it was done as an endonasal (closed) approach!

This patient underwent a combination rhinoplasty, liposuction of the neck, micro liposuction of jowls and nasolabial folds, as well as fat grafting of the marionette triangle and jawline. The combination is truly transformative, revealing a stunningly beautiful face!

Very nice aesthetic result in rhinoplasty done as a closed (endonasal) approach with cartilage reduction, dorsal hump reduction, tip narrowing, and elevation, slumped tip support by caudal septal extension graft, SMR, septoplasty, and nasal bone narrowing osteotomies. A very natural outcome.

Closed (endonasal) rhinoplasty, SMR, and septoplasty with caudal septal extension support help to refine the tip, shorten the nose, narrow the base, while removing the hump. A very pleasing natural outcome!

Several challenges here included correction of a “ski slope nose” (done with cartilage grafting), and a wide bridge (done by osteotomizing and narrowing the bones) and finally the over projecting tip which was redirected and reshaped. Overall a nice transformation!

We do computer imaging in the office for patients during the rhinoplasty consult to get an idea of what a patient wants and for the patient to see what is achievable. This patient is holding up her imaging next to herself AFTER I did the surgery to match the imaging! An amazing result, allowing the beauty of her face to shine.

This patient was unhappy with his large crooked nose and also had problems breathing. Rhinoplasty (endonasal), septoplasty, SMR, and caudal septal extension strut graft brought his nose into a more ideal aesthetic balance, and improved his breathing. A fine outcome only one month post-op!

Part of the art of male Rhinoplasty is leaving a believable man’s nose and not overdoing it. Here is a great example and a terrific outcome!
