Case Study

Rhinoplasty requires restraint and is a balance of aesthetics.  I call it a ballet of a number of different smaller parts.  They all have to interrelate.  Taking down the bridge hump, for instance, affects the width of the nose.  reducing projection will, in turn, affect the amount of hump that needed to be reduced.

Here, I’ve done endonasal rhinoplasty on a young man.  He now has a finely proportioned face.
