Breast Augmentation – Case 45
This patient presented with full A cup breasts and was augmented to a Full C cup outcome with implants placed through an inframammary approach (1 3/8 inch incision) and under muscle. A key point to notice is the ideal balance between upper and lower pole. A very fine outcome.
