Dr Spiro and all of his staff are amazing. You feel welcome and in great hands right from the beginning. I had been contemplating a tummy tuck for years and after meeting with Dr. Spiro and his team, I immediately felt confident and at ease that he was the right surgeon for me. It's been a year since my procedure and if anyone asks if I have any regrets, the answer is "I wish I would have done it sooner" I had a full abdominoplasty with skin removal and muscle repair. The survey was very smooth and the recovery was a lot easier than expected. I'm finally wearing a bikini or bathing suit with confidence in my late 40s. Something I haven't done in years!! Thank you Dr. Spiro and all of your staff for giving me my confidence back!

I went to Dr. Spiro for a mommy make over. I was greeted my Carol who was absolutely wonderful, and has been everytime I’ve gone for my follow up appointments. I had my surgery in January. Words can even go begin to express how amazing my results have been so far. Dr. Spiro is the absolute best. When I saw my pre op pics and my post op I cried. I can’t believe the difference. I feel like a completely different person. Michaela his nurse has been phenomenal with all my post op appointments. Dr. Spiro has given me my confidence back!! I can’t wait to show off my new look this summer. Thank you to all the fantastic staff and Dr. Spiro again. You have been absolutely life changing for me.

I cannot believe how fabulous the results of my breast reduction are. I look and feellike a teenager! I had so much discomfort and stress prior to my surgery, but the office staff was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with my upcoming journey.Everyone was encouraging, warm and friendly And professional!!!?. Dr. Spiro is an artist and a truly warm and caring doctor. It is not often that you get a combination like that in a medical professional. My surgery and recovery were spot on and I feel and look great. Many kudos to Dr. Spiro and his wonderful staff. After extensive research in NJ and NYC on the ideal surgeon for my procedure, I confidently went with Dr. Spiro. To say I am 100% pleased is an understatement. From my in depth consultation to the post op appointments, and most importantly, the outcome of the surgery and how incredible I feel, I would put Dr. Spiro as my #1 go to for anything else I may consider having done. Dr Spiro is an amazing surgeon. At my initial consultation, he went over my procedures in great detail and the results I should expect, but not without taking my thoughts into consideration. I felt very confident that Dr Spiro was definitely the right choice, yet he totally exceeded my expectations! The results are incredible, as well as the care and attention I received from his nurses! I came to this office to get a peel done from the esthetician Jamie. I told her about my concerns and what I was trying to achieve with my skin. She gave me a few options and we ultimately decided to go with the diamond clear peel. I already noticed after a day that my acne redness was immediately much less noticeable and skin just had a glow. Would definitely recommend her for any skin treatments, she is very professional, works with you and is very knowledgeable. I’ve also come to the office for other services like botox and other fillers.

Dr. Spiro and his team of women are phenomenal! Everyone from the front desk ladies to the nurses, they are all great. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming- they care. Dr. Spiro is an artist. He had a vision unlike any other. I felt very confident in him. There was not a question he couldn’t answer. My results came out beautifully. I will forever thank him for the self confidence boost he gave to me. Every step of the way, pre and post surgery I was cared for and answered immediately. Dr Spiro is absolutely amazing and by far one of the warmest and most professional doctor I have ever met. He did my breast reduction with such artistry and care. My expectations were surpassed by 100x. Never in a million years would I have expected to have breasts that were so perfect. The day after my surgery when he removed my bandage I cried tears of happiness. I was in absolute awe. His staff was so kind and sweet and you can see how happy they all were to see how happy I was. I want to start by saying thank you to Dr. Spiro and his entire staff for all that they have done for me. I have been wanting to get breast lift surgery and a tummy tuck for years. I decided if was finally time. When I walked into Dr. Spiro's office I was greeted by the most friendly, professional staff I have ever met. I met Dr. Spiro who thoroughly explained all about the procedures I had asked about. After discussing my options with Dr. Spiro I decided to do a lower body lift and a breast lift with implants to achieve the best results possible. I booked my surgery right then and there. I am about 6 months post surgery and I am beyond happy with my results. I feel so much younger and have much more confidence now. I am so happy I finally decided to have the surgeries. Dr. Spiro has the hands of a skilled surgeon and the eyes of an artist!!! Victoria the Nurse Practitioner is the BEST for injectables! She takes the time listen to exactly what you want to achieve and nails it! I was nervous about getting Botox and looking completely frozen, and she gave me very natural looking results that eliminate my lines but keep my eyebrows moving. I was also worried about having large lips from filler and she gave me a very natural, plumped look that everyone compliments me on. She also did my axillary Botox for excessive sweating. Now, I don’t have to worry about what color shirt I’m wearing to cover up sweat marks, thank you Victoria!!

Dr. Spiro is the absolute best. He is truly an artist and that relays into his work with plastic surgery! I am about 6 months out and could not be more thrilled with the results. Visually everything looks incredible and I feel great. I would not imagine what my life would be like if I never followed through and had Dr. Spiro do a breast reduction. Right after surgery, Dr. Spiro and his office were incredible with answering any questions and helping with anything I needed. To this day, months later, any questions I have, the nurses, as well as Dr. Spiro, are always helpful with whatever I need. I've been trying to hold off on Botox for as long as I could but the mirror was telling me otherwise! I just felt like I looked so tired lately and nothing modest was doing the trick to make me look more youthful anymore. I finally gave in and tried "the TOX" as I call it and had it performed by Victoria (aka Tori), Dr. Spiro's Nurse Pracititioner. I was nervous about looking frozen and what the recovery would be like. To my astonishment, my forehead and crow's feet (wrinkles to the sides of my eyes) are gone I didn't even bruise! I have a dewy glow now and my forehead hasn't been this smooth since I was 18 (now approaching 40)! I'm super happy with my results and Tori has a great eye and touch - I would recommend her to all my friends and family!

Dr. Spiro is hands down the absolute best and a perfectionist! He has an AMAZING staff! They are all very kind and knowledgeable and they treat you like a human and not a price. I went in for a consultation for a breast reduction procedure, and they provided me with realistic answers for everything that I needed to know and guided me along the process from the beginning to the end! I am now 4 weeks post opp and I have received nothing but compliments and envious looks from family and friends lol. He has magical hands and is well worth it!Side note- All of my scheduled appointments were on time! I never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes to be seen.

Dr Spiro changed my life! I had a horribly botched breast augmentation in 2005. I had three additional corrective surgeries that left me horribly scared and feeling hopeless. I decided to wait until I finished having kids to try one more time. Lots of weight fluctuation left my already difficult case nearly impossible to correct. Or at least that’s what I was told by 6 other surgeons that told me I’d never have the aesthetic I was looking for. Dr Spiro had two consultations with me because I was a nervous wreck. He managed my expectations only to exceed them by what can only be explained as a miracle. He ran into complications during surgery because I had so much work done previously. Somehow he was able to completely reconstruct my breasts and give me what I had always been dreaming of. I can not recommend Dr Spiro and his team enough. I should mention that not only is he the most gifted surgeon but the amount of aftercare I received I think also really helped my case. I have had four surgeons work on me and no one provided the care that I required to heal properly, except these amazing people at Spiros office. I can’t thank them enough, they have truly given me my co ride de and life back.

Dr. Spiro and his office staff were absolutely wonderful and my experience could not be any better. The nurses and coordinators were always so kind, helpful and made the scheduling, insurance, etc. processes so smooth. Dr. Spiro’s expertise made me feel safe and in TOP quality care. He went the extra mile in requesting some tests due to some family history and because of that testing, we found out important post-operative care I needed to take to ensure all went well. This made me trust him even more! The results from my breast reduction are 12/10, my body is so proportional and looks like how it should be. I am so excited for this new quality of life, all the new clothes, and how much easier it will be to do my workouts and exercise. This new confidence I feel is amazing and I am so grateful. Dr Spiro is simply the best. Obviously I was looking for a skillful surgeon but my experience showed me that Dr Spiro has more than skill. He is caring and simultaneously very professional. He and his staff have created a calming environment by both their demeanor and the physical office space. He was flexible in allowing me to have virtual appointments when necessary. Beyond my expectations!I know there are many talented plastic surgeons out there and everyone thinks theirs is the best..rightfully so. Going by my experience with Dr Spiro and knowing the extent of the work he was about to do, I was at ease from the first consultation. I highly recommend Victoria for Botox and fillers! Even though I’ve had lip filler with Dr. Spiro in the past, I was very nervous about getting Botox for the first time. Victoria made me feel so comfortable and was great at explaining everything and what to expect! I could not be happier with my results! Before my lips were flat and asymmetric. Now they are the perfect shape and size while still looking very natural, and my forehead is perfectly smooth! Will definitely continue going to Victoria for all future treatments!

I absolutely admire Dr. Spiro and his expertise. I have had surgery with him and he is an artist, perfectionist and absolute professional. But recently I had fillers and botox done by Tori, his nurse practioner. She is amazing. I look literally 15 years younger than I am. I cannot say enough about her; she is amazing as is Dr. Spiro. When I went for my breast augmentation consult I was looking to get an insecurity fixed. Let me start out by saying- thank you Dr. Spiro for the amazing work you provided me with! He’s not only a surgeon, but a true artist. To be completely honest, I went to him four years ago wanting a breast argumentation but was scared to follow through because I needed a more intense surgery. Fast foward to five months ago, I still wanted the surgery so I went back to him again with no other surgeon in mind. His office went above and beyond and accommodated me and got me in just 1 month later. It all felt so surreal, but so right. Dr. Spiro not only guided me, but made me feel comfortable in every decision I made. He took myself- a very uncomfortable 24 year old- to confident in months. I highly recommend Dr. Spiro and his team. They are hands down the absolute best out there! He’s worth the wait and every penny. Thank you Dr. Sprio and team for my amazing experience. Dr. Spiro is truly the best. I had breast surgery 15 years ago. My Mother worked for the hospital at the time and told me that if I was going to go to anyone he was who I needed to see.15 years and 2 children later I went back to see him about swapping out my old implants. I also wasn’t happy about how my stomach looked after children. There is honestly no other doctor I trust more then him. He is a true artist and a perfectionist. He’s given me back my confidence. He’s exceeded my expectations.I’ve sent so many people to him and everyone comes out feeling the same way.

I had breast reconstruction over 20 years ago and one of my breasts collapsed. Since the doctor who performed the original surgery has since retired I made an appointment with Dr. Spiro. I cannot recommend Dr. Spiro and his talented team of nurses and assistants highly enough. He is, without a doubt, an incredibly talented, understanding and meticulous plastic surgeon. I had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure with accompanying liposuction in 2012 and I am very, very pleased with my results. After 2 tough pregnancies and c-sections, my body was essentially left in ruins. Dr. Spiro worked his magic and not only changed my body, but changed my outlook on myself and instilled confidence in me that I hadn't realized I had lost via childbearing. He tells me that you need "Time, money and courage" to have cosmetic work done and I am so happy I was lucky enough to find all three. I have had the occasion to speak to groups of young women on balancing career, family and societal pressures and I say you need a good home life and family, a career you are passionate about and a doctor like Scott Spiro to help you look and feel the best you can. Help when there was no hope! Bad breast cancer reconstruction and multiple of problems related to the alternative reconstruction known as DIEP.. He corrected it all and now I have no pain and I look good. If you are unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with BC, go to him before any other doctor. Don't be a victim like me of bad plastic surgery and other problems related to reconstruction. Not everyone can do these procedures good let alone excellent. He really cares!

Wanted to put fingers to keyboard and express our gratitude to Dr Spiro for the excellent work he did on my wife's bi-lateral mastectomy. Second bout with cancer, this time involving much more than the first time yet Dr Spiro handled my wife with care, compassion and gave her a rosy outlook from start to finish. Truly placed her in a good place and the result, well, is incredible. Our thanks go to Dr Spiro and his incredible team who were there, whenever we called and needed them, any day or hour. They is truly the best... of the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spiro for more than 10 years. When I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer in 2001, Dr. Spiro was highly recommended by my breast surgeon. I had Dr. Spiro perform all of my reconstructive surgeries and was very pleased with the outcome. Not only is Dr. Spiro an excellent surgeon, he is also a very compassionate and caring person. His office staff is also very nice to deal with and very patient and understanding with any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Spiro for any plastic surgery procedures.

Dr. Spiro is a truly a gifted surgeon! He helped me regain my pre pregnancy figure, which is something I never thought possible. In my initial consultation he spent over and hour with me, taking measurements and explaining all my options. I am a petite woman and had concerns about what my outcome would be. He took his time and patiently answered all of my questions. Dr. Spiro is extremely confident in his abilities and he made me feel so at ease that I instantly knew he was the surgeon for me. I scheduled my surgery that week and it was the best decision I have ever made.I am 5 weeks post op and I look and feel incredible. My recovery went smoothly. There were a few days of soreness and discomfort, but in the end I am so glad I made the decision to have surgery.Dr. Spiro employs an exceptional staff of nurses and office personnel that go above and beyond to address any concerns that a patient may have. In Dec of 2012, I was diagnosed with Stage 1b Breast Cancer. Dr. Spiro was recommended by my breast surgeon along with several other well known specialists in this field. Dr. Spiro was my first choice to begin this journey into the unknown. My initial consultation with Dr. Spiro was extremely informative and encouraging. Dr. Spiro explained every stage of having a double mastectomy and the procedure along with reconstruction and the choices I would have to make. Dr. Spiro provided detailed notes and full road map along with timing. I was totally on board with with Dr. Spiro after my first consultation. I immediately cancelled my other appointments with two other specialists knowing that I was in the right hands with Dr. Spiro. Over the next several months, I found out what a great choice I made working with such a compassionate, caring and helpful practice. As for Dr. Spiro, he is a perfectionist, an artist and an amazing individual. As frightening as things were at this point in my life, Dr. Spiro and his nurse Marybeth and his amazing staff always gave me confidence and support at all times! Let me start by saying, Dr. Spiro and his staff are truly paramount! Many refer to him as “The Wizard” – and that he is! In just one visit Dr.Spiro and his staff will make you feel as if there is no where else you would want to be!I, as many of Dr. Spiro’s patients, was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of 2012. Although devastated that this could really be happening, I started my search for treatment quickly. During my chemo treatments I began investigating plastic surgeons.Being the Administrator of a large doctor practice and surgery center, I consider myself more critical than others may be. Having a nursing background, I felt I should ask other nurses in the area who they would “recommend” for reconstructive surgery. Dr. Spiro’s name was the consistent name that came up over and over. I scheduled several surgical consults and saved Dr. Spiro for last. Several days prior to my appointment I told my husband that I was going to cancel that consult since he did not participate in my insurance and wasn’t sure how much it would end up costing. Well, my husband didn’t agree with that. Thank god I went. Dr. Spiro reviewed all of my options including what to expect if I required radiation, which I did. He is confident, honest, sincere and professional. He answered all of the questions that I had, without me asking, and addressed my fears – I had many.I had my initial mastectomy surgery in October of 2012 in which Dr. Spiro began reconstruction. I had to wait several months after radiation for the healing process and had the 2nd phase of surgery in June 2013 and have implants in. They look awesome. I am scheduled for my final reconstruction in September and can’t wait!Dr. Spiro and his staff are superb! They are professional, caring and portray a very calming aura.
