This patient presented with separation of abdominal wall muscles, umbilical hernia and breast volume loss all after having children.

An abdominoplasty (with repair of abdominal wall), and breast augmentation was done.  She is shown barely four weeks later with outstanding abdominal and waist shaping and C cup breast outcome.  Notice how low the tummy tuck scar has been placed.  It will fade to barely noticeable over months.
