This young woman presented with loose skin envelope over diminishing breast volume leading to an aged look.

A one-step procedure, where I reconfigured the skin envelope and nipple-areola (lift) combined with submuscular implant (silicone gel) augmentation, and elimination of the sagging tissue helps create the ideal look and feel to the breast. A full C / small D cup outcome. An outstanding result.
