It is hard to imagine that the top views and bottom views are of the same patient, but it is!! She presented with bilateral asymmetric extreme breast sag and volume loss.

I combined a breast lift, removal of the saggiest lower breast (more on right than left) together with implant (silicone gel) under muscle to create a beautifully balanced breast. A real work of art!
