Description

This case highlights any concept I use in most breast life with implants: a process of lift/ reduction/ implant augmentation. Although seemingly counter-intuitive (why would you reduce a breast when the patient wants it fuller); it is critical in creating lasting aesthetic improvements. By eliminating the saggiest breast tissue through reduction, it allows the lift portion to drape better over the implant selected. A fine result of this process is shown.
