This patient underwent a unilateral right mastectomy with staged reconstruction using a tissue expander replaced later by implants.  She also underwent a left breast lift and nipple reconstruction at a later date.  Separate views show the tissue expander stage and a close up of the final nipple reconstruction.  An amazing result after the mastectomy!
