Description

This patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer and then a staged breast reconstruction using tissue expanders later replaced with silicone gel implants and finally nipple reconstruction, fat grafting, and tattooing.

A fine outcome with excellent camouflage of the mastectomy defect.
