This case shows a young woman with DD/DDD cup breast before (top) and after (bottom) bilateral breast reduction (about six months later). She was reduced by more than 500 grams each side (one and quarter pounds each!) Now a mid/full C cup, she is proportional, well-shaped and without back or neck issues. A fine cosmetic outcome.
