This patient presented with double bubble, irregular scarred implants and uneven sag from implant surgery done elsewhere. To correct her problems, I did an extensive capsulectomy removed and replaced implants, place tissue matrix strattice for new “internal bra support” and reconfigured overlying breast tissue and skin. Now she has soft, full, round, youthful, beautiful breasts!
