This attractive female presented with a nose that dominated her face. A high bony hump with long over projected tip does not allow us to “see” the rest of her face.

Post-operative one year after rhinoplasty which reduced the hump, narrowed the bones, raised and shortened the tip, more fitting to this women’s facial structure.
