Cancellation Policy

Consultation Fee for Dr. Spiro

The consultation fee for cosmetic consultations with Dr. Spiro is $395. This fee is collected at the time your appointment is scheduled.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with fewer than two (2) business days’ notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), the consultation fee will be retained as the cancellation fee.

Insurance-Reimbursable Procedure Consultations

Patients seeking consultation for insurance-reimbursable procedures, including breast reduction and breast reconstruction surgery, are not required to pay an upfront consultation fee. Instead, your insurance company will be billed for the consultation.

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card must be kept on file.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with fewer than three (3) business days’ notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file on the day of the missed or late-cancelled appointment.

For patients who attend their consultation, we will submit the insurance claim within your plan’s required filing deadlines. Any patient responsibility determined by your insurance carrier, including copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, or non-covered services, remains the responsibility of the patient.

Non-Surgical/Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A personalized consultation is required to evaluate your concerns, discuss your aesthetic goals, and develop a customized treatment plan.

Consultations with Mikayla, Nurse Practitioner are $250 and may be applied toward eligible medical spa services performed within 30 days of your consultation. Consultations with Rebecca, Licensed Aesthetician are $100 and may be applied toward eligible skincare treatments or services performed within 30 days. Patients who wish to consult with both providers during the same visit will be charged a combined consultation fee of $250, which may be applied toward eligible treatment completed within 30 days.

A $100 booking deposit is required to reserve treatment appointments with either provider. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled treatment at the time of your visit.

We kindly request at least two (2) business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with fewer than two (2) business days’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will forfeit the applicable booking deposit. If a consultation fee has been collected, it will be retained in accordance with this policy.

Patients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled if there is insufficient time to safely complete the scheduled service. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to a late arrival, the applicable booking deposit or consultation fee may be retained as the cancellation fee. If we are able to accommodate your appointment despite your late arrival, the booking deposit or consultation fee may be retained as a late fee and will not be applied toward the cost of your service. The full cost of the scheduled treatment will remain due at the time of your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for any required paperwork, including Privacy Practices, Financial Agreements, medical history updates, and applicable consent forms.

Patients arriving late for appointments with Dr. Spiro or for Medical Spa consultations and treatments may be subject to a late fee.

If you arrive late and we are unable to accommodate your appointment, your appointment may be canceled. Any applicable consultation fee or booking deposit will be retained in accordance with our cancellation policy.

If you arrive late and we are able to accommodate your appointment, your applicable consultation fee or booking deposit may be retained as a late fee and will not be applied toward the cost of your consultation or treatment. Any remaining balance for services provided during your appointment will be due at the time of your visit.
