Biography
Mikayla Barbarossa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She began her career as a Medical-Surgical Oncology Nurse and joined the practice in 2022, where she has developed expertise in both surgical and non-surgical care.
She previously worked alongside Dr. Spiro as a Registered Nurse, caring for surgical patients pre and post operatively in the office. After earning her master’s degree, she advanced her role within the practice and continues to train closely under his guidance.
Mikayla is a Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse, a Certified Nurse Specialist, and a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA), bringing a strong foundation in anatomy, technique, and patient care to every treatment.
