"This is going to be a long and detailed review, but for anyone researching I want them to know how great Dr. Spiro is.

I am 23F and was about a 36H/I. I had been wanting to take the leap to get a breast reduction for as long as I can remember, and one day searching through lists from my insurance I found Dr. Sprio.

I checked his website, which is beyond immaculate, and went through his gallery. It is no surprise he has been doing reductions for 27 years. His incisions looked clean and crisp, and everyone had great results.

I booked a consultation and took a trip out from NYC to Short Hills to see him. He was so understanding and validated all my concerns, questions, and symptoms. His staff is also so kind and knowledgeable. They really give a close-nit vibe and all seem very happy to do what they do.

In my first consultation, they gave me a folder with a ton of informative info regarding the surgery and how insurance works. They helped me build my case for my insurance and submitted it for me.

At the time I had been going to a chiropractor and had complained of these symptoms for over a year. So, in my case- my insurance approved 3 days after submitting it.

I was emotional, excited, and scared. The whole team was there throughout the whole process and listened to everything I said with full attention. They are flexible and have a great zero interest policy for 12 months with care credit, which I used to pay my deductible.

As my surgery date came up, they were super clear on what to do and best things to stop doing before my surgery. I listened to everything they said and I am so happy I did. I had my surgery in the Livingston Surgery Center and my experience was wonderful. The nurse I had was very familiar with Dr. Spiro and I could tell she trusted him a lot. The anesthesiologist was so kind too and also worked with Dr. Spiro a lot.

This was my first surgery ever and first time under anesthesia. They really made me feel so taken care of and safe. My surgery went great and before I knew it I was home resting. I had almost no bruising, and barely needed the prescription narcotics.

After surgery I went to weekly follow-ups where I mainly spoke to Mikayla or Jess. They were super kind and very knowledgeable and clear on how I was healing and the next steps.

I am still healing, but I am so happy with my results. Dr. Spiro has really changed my life, and for that, I am forever grateful.

This surgery was worth every penny and if you have any BCBS plan, I highly recommend Dr. Spiro. He is in the network for any state, which is remarkable. He is also a killer artist, FYI.
