In this developmental anomaly, her left breast failed to completely develop. The difference between the two breasts were more than double the volume. I placed an implant and reconfigured the breast shape and position on the left which combined to give a near-perfect match. You can see in the mirror image views that after surgery, she is truly “mirror image”!
