This shows a common problem women face. Extremely wide positioned breasts with extreme lateral nipple position. This is a very challenging aesthetic issue. Handled incorrectly would lead to enhancement of the problem. I internally performed a “differential” tissue release which allows the surface breast and nipple to rotate back to a nicer aesthetic position. A really great result!
