Treatment Details

One version of constriction malformation is when the breast develops with the nipple-areola usually close to the breast fold.  This case shows a patient with two breast folds on the right, and one on the left, each one narrow, tight, and nearly touching the bottom of the areola.  Correction requires far more work than simple augmentation and involves the release of constriction, the recreation of new inframammary breast fold, and implant augmentation.  A great B cup outcome!
