(Correction of Cosmetic and Reconstruction Surgery Done Elsewhere)

Post mastectomy breast reconstruction can be complicated especially when mastectomy is done only on one side. Obtaining a match can be elusive. This patient came to me after several attempts at a well known NYC institution with significant asymmetry, irregular breasts and pulled, scarred, malpositioned nipple. I redid everything! I released all scarring, replaced all muscle back, performed breast lift, and used my unique technique of Total 360 Alloderm wrap around implants in pre-pec reconstruction. I also did a tummy tuck!
