(Correction of Cosmetic and Reconstruction Surgery Done Elsewhere)

This patient presented with aging breasts with sagging and enlargement around implants, and with capsular contracture which made her implants feel too firm and too high. I removed and replaced with smaller implants, placed internal tissue graft bra (strattice) support and did a lift. The result is a much nicer proportional natural C cup outcome.
