(Correction of Cosmetic and Reconstruction Surgery Done Elsewhere)

This patient presented with sagging breasts with capsular contracture (scar formation around implants) which create hard breasts with distortion of shape. My technique includes, removal and replacement of implants (she wanted to be fuller), capsulectomy (removal of all internal scar formation), placement of internal bra tissue graft (strattice) and a breast lift. the results are a nice rounf full youthful D cup breast!
