Achieving good cosmetic outcomes with bilateral mastectomies are a real challenge.  It takes a good plan, proper sequencing of staging, good healing, and precise shaping and implant selection.  This patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy and a staged reconstruction with tissue expanders and later implants.
