(Correction of Cosmetic and Reconstruction Surgery Done Elsewhere)

Creating something out of nothing is the theme shown here and over and over in my cases. This patient had a lift with removal of implants elsewhere resulting with a wide breast of poor shape. I did my dermoglandular flap technique to create implant looking breasts without implants. Amazing result!
