Treatment Details

This patient presented with facial flattening due to volume loss, jowl prominence, neck bands, and laxity and aging around the eyelids. I combined my version of a high SMAS deep plane face and neck lift with lateral platysmaplasty, central cervicoplasty, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, mini lateral cheek lift with orbicularis muscle suspension and tightening, fat transfer to the cheeks and lips, and buccal fat reduction. An amazing transformation. My combination yields superior, natural aesthetics.
