When you look at these post op images it is hard to believe that this woman had breast cancer, underwent bilateral mastectomy, and had bilateral reconstruction using her back skin and muscle, and silicone gel implants all at the time of mastectomy. An internal lift was devised to raise the sagging breast at mastectomy and later nipple areola reconstruction and pigmentation completed the outcome. A remarkable result.
