Treatment Details

This patient presented with implants done elsewhere by others. She did not like the shape (“bottoming out”) and double bubble. She did not want implants any longer. I did total capsulectomy and combined with auto-augmentation (non implant) breast lift using multiple internal dermoglandular flaps. A very nice outcome.
