Patient Details

This patient presented with the challenges of dramatic neck laxity and jowling with laxity of deep tissues (SMAS and platysma). Additionally, I used my combination bilaminar (separating and treating skin and deep tissues distinctly SMAS Platysma Composite (in unison) elevation and tightening of neck platysma centrally laterally as well as facial SMAS and its superior fibrofatty extension with multivector repositioning to yield long lasting significant (yet natural appearing) improvements to the face. A great representative result of my version of a deeper plane face lift.
