Treatment Details

This case depicts one of the most challenging cases in breast surgery – the severe constricted breast anomaly. At times, extremely difficult to get an aesthetic result, this condition requires methodical intra-operative release of innumerable fibrous tight bands which internally deform the breast. Here, a patient is shown with a moderately severe variant (top 3 photos) and then after successful management (bottom 3). (From A cup to C cup) A dramatic improvement.
