This woman presented with typical features of the aging face; eyelid hooding, wrinkled skin around the eyes, nasolabial fold hollow and folding, lip volume loss, jowling, and loose sagging neck.

Her result shows a natural, restored, volume enriched face and neck without excessive pulling. Eyelid blepharoplasty, facelift, with SMAS lift, neck lift with platysmaplasty and fat grafting (from the abdomen) to lips, pre-jowl fold, nasolabial and marionette lines in combination restore an attractive face.
