This male patient presented with complaints of a sagging neck, prominent jowling, and deep nasolabial folds.

The top row shows the patient before surgery and the bottom row shows the patient six months later. The neck is nicely contoured, the jowls lifted and skin tightened. A very nice, natural outcome without looking overdone.
