Treatment Details

This case shows my approach to facial rejuvenation. Here a woman presents with lower eyelid/cheek volume loss (known as V deformity) and jowling prominence.

Surgery included restoring volume by SMAS composite deep lift elevating jowls towards cheeks, fat grafting into lower lid/cheek, lips, upper lids, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Finally blepharoplasty and skin portion of neck and face lift help to achieve a remarkable and beautiful outcome
