Treatment Details

This patient underwent combination upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with lower eyelid fat transposition (moving periorbital fat to nearby locations), and mini lateral cheek lift (utilizing technique of DMOP (dermo muscular orbicular pennant)) support. I also did fat grafting of multiple sites to face including cheeks, jaw line, chin, and marionette folds.  All together this creates a dramatic youthful transformation.  A very fine outcome.
