This young woman presented to me after an attempt at breast cancer reconstruction (after mastectomy) from another institution. She was unhappy with the poor shape and incomplete camouflage. I reconstructed her by re-configuring the implant space – creating a more natural curve, changed the implant, made a nipple and areola (also pigmented), fat grafted the perimeter and over the implant and did an augmentation to create balance.
