This case shows how very different women’s small breasts are when they present for augmentation.  This is asymmetric constricted breast malformation and represents a significant challenge.

I had to release the constriction problem (more on left than right) and reshape the entire breast from inside.  She is shown with a miraculous transformation to a beautifully aesthetic C cup outcome.
