This patient presented with combination of very small breasts, asymmetry of volume, nipple & breast position, and constriction anomaly.  These are sophisticated cases requiring thought, planning, and precision.  A combination release of constriction, peri areola mastopexy, and implant augmentation yield a beautiful aesthetic result.
