This tall lean woman presented with less than A cup breast hypoplasia.  Her left breast was positioned extremely lateral on her chest wall.

I performed silicone gel submuscular augmentation using high profile implants to achieve a full C outcome.  Note the ideal balance of volume to the left and right of the nipples as well as above and below.  A beautiful outcome.
