Description

This patient underwent a revision of implants and dermoglandular flap auto augmentation. She did not want implants. They were placed poorly somewhere else and had significant bnreast sag as well. Auto augmentation means using your own breast tissue creatively as inernal breast flaps to not only lift but build up breast volume centrally and enhance shape. So much nicer!
