This patient presented with significant saggy uneven breasts.  The combination of lift, reduction (of excess saggy tissue), and an implant (silicone gel), allows for an even distribution of remaining breast tissue to be draped over the muscle and implant.  It is the best way to treat moderately sized breasts with sag when the patient wants an implant.  A beautiful balance of volume throughout the breast.  A great result.
