Description

This patient presented with a combination of challenging findings. Thick loose wrinkled skin of the upper lids, combined with sagging lower lids, fat bags and hollows below the bags. Not just a simple “eye lift”, this case requires selectively moving fat around the lower lid cheek interface, filling the hollow with fat to blend the lid cheek interface, strengthening the weak lower lid, and elevating the cheek pad by canthal suspension. A very nice result.
