This case depicts the common combination of breast lift with implants and abdominoplasty. Here, a young mother has the common presentation of breast sag, abdominal laxity, and umbilical hernia.

The breast surgery was designed to take sagging tissue (small reduction), reshape the remainder of the breast and add an implant to restore the patient to her before children Full C cup.
