This patient presented with a crooked over-projecting nose, bridge hump, wide nose and septal deviation. Her upper lip was pulled up into the nose due to the over-projection.

Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty corrected the airway issues, straightened the nose, reduced the hump, lifted the tip, creating an overall nice shape and it now blends harmoniously with her face – allowing us to now appreciate her beautiful facial features.
