This young woman presented with nasal tip droop (especially when smiling), a dorsal hump, wide bridge, and bulbous tip. Rhinoplasty (and correction of a deviated septum) improved breathing, raised the tip, narrowed the bridge, reduced the hump and create a nice aesthetic balanced facial appearance – enhancing her natural beauty.
