Attractive facial features may be lost visually if we subconsciously are looking at a crooked and elongated nose.  Here, endonasal (closed) rhinoplasty was done along with septoplasty to narrow tip, shorten and raise the too-long nose, lower the bridge, and narrow the base of the nose as it comes off the cheekbones.
